You can also place an order online and pick up in our Middlesbrough Store. We will contact you when your order is available to collect. Please ensure it is collected within 7 working days. Failure to collect your order after this time will result in the order being cancelled and a refund will be provided. Please contact us if you will be collecting after this time.
Please note: All orders placed during weekdays, before 2pm will be usually be shipped the same day. Orders that are placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow extra time during busy periods e.g Christmas.

Our cut off time for same day posting Mon – Sat is 2pm.
Unfortunately Royal Mail’s last collection on a Saturday is 12:15pm. This means any orders placed on Friday evening or Saturday for Special delivery will receive their parcels the following Tuesday (Not Sunday or Monday).
Delayed or Missing Items:
Royal Mail will always aim to delivery to the time scales above. In the unfortunate case that your items are delayed please note that we have to allow Royal Mail 16 working days (UK) as there is still a chance your item will arrive. Up to 20 working days for international orders. Once passed this time, we will then have to file a missing parcel claim. Once processed you will receive a refund or a replacement. Please bear with us during this time.
