Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please make sure keep the item(s) in its original condition, unworn with all tags and barcode still attached within 14 days. We cannot accept returns without tags/barcodes, any damaged items, or those that exceed 14 days unless agreed with us first.
If you are returning an item, please send your items back via Recorded/Tracked delivery. We are not responsible for lost items being returned back to us. Please email us before you send your parcel back so we can confirm your return will be accepted. You will also be responsible for covering the postage cost to return items unless agreed with us that you will be refunded for shipping costs. You can also return items to our Middlesbrough store if you are local.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping and additional money will need to be paid to re-send your exchanged item. We may cover charges depending on reason for exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and that a refund will be processed, providing the item is in original condition. We may reject a refund if the item is not in its original condition. If this is the case we will return the item back to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless agreed.
It may take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your bank or PayPal account and will be refunded by original form of payment.
Please also note if you request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, due to changing your mind, there will be a 40p cancellation admin fee deducted from your refund.
