In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to US Locker Room. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. This website is a site operated by US Locker Room.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore encourage you that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions to check for any changes made.
You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time if and when they change.
Our website is suitable for viewers of any age, however, you acknowledge that all orders placed are to be placed by responsible card holders over the age of 16
All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Prices can be accessed on each individual item page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change or a mistake has been made on the listed price.
We try to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. If you require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product. Photography of the product can sometimes alter colours due to the flash. Where this happens, we will list this in the product description to help expectations.
Our products are for sale to responsible persons over the age of 16. Purchases must be made using your own personal payment information
We endeavour to ensure that our stock list is updated regularly, however, if an order is placed for an item that is out of stock we will cancel the order and inform accordingly. If more than one item is ordered, we will refund the product which is out of stock and send the rest of your order.
Shipping is an additional charge (unless free delivery is specified), information in regards to prices and time scales can be found on our Shipping information page, located at the bottom of the homepage.
We undertake to accept or decline your order within 5 working days. If we have not responded to you within this time, your offer is deemed to be rejected. Usually the reason being that the item is no longer in stock, however, we do endeavour to update you with this information. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once they are in your possession. Please ensure full care is taken until you are fully satisfied with your order.
We currently accept the payment via the following gateways:
WorldPay – A secure world know payment gateway. All major cards accepted. Please note, security checks are done on your card once payment is processed, if we feel the order maybe be fraudulent we may contact you with further questions, please do not be offended by this. If we do deem the payment to be fraudulent, we will cancel the payment immediately.
PayPal – Paypal payments are welcomed. To abide by PayPals selling regulations we will contact you to confirm you have authorised this payment, if we receive no response your order will be cancelled and refunded. We will then ask you to make an alternative payment.

Order Cancellation Due To Error
Whilst all care it taken when listing items on our website, where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight by us, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. If your debit/credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
You may wish to re-process your order at the corrected price.
Whilst all products are thoroughly checked before dispatch, we undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition providing there is stock to replace. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your debit/credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including shipping charges. Any damage thought to be caused by yourself after receiving the item(s) will not be accepted back.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your delivery and we will try to resolve them as soon as possible.
We aim to update our site regularly and we may change the content at any time. Sometimes access to the site within this time may be suspended.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of attack.
By breaching this provision, you would be committing a criminal offence under Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, then your right to use our site will be cease immediately.
You are permitted to download information on this website to your computer for your personal use provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services and/or product/s we have supplied.

These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in England and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Here at US Locker Room we only accept GBP (£). If paying via PayPal, and you are an international customer, you will be able to view the exchange rate when making your payment.
We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
